Happy New year!

It is the last day of the year. In the last week i have thought about the goals I want to set for the new year. It feels like I am looking down a road, trying to decide on a good path to take. There are so many goals I wish to obtain . I finally decided on what goals I should set. Hopefully the paths I chose will bring me success. :)

My first goal is to improve my health and hopefully that will help me lose weight. I tried a few things last year to lose weight, and some of those plans worked in losing the weight, but they made made my health issues worse. I am still suffering from the last diet plan.... Rolling my eyes. My doctor begged me this year not to do anymore diet plans. So what is the answer? That is my first goal to find a way to lose the extra weight I have on me but do it in a healthy manner. My health issues hold me back in some areas, but it seems to me that there is a plan out their for me. I want to be healthy.

My second goal is to get serious in painting. I want to have enough paintings to sell in three months. I wanted to get a job, but because of my health issues it prevents me from doing what I am really good at which is baking. I need to do something that allows me the freedom to work at my own pace and at the times I am feeling wonderful. Painting and selling my work seems like an ideal solution.

My third goal is to help others learn about the dangers of online predators. I have been approached by a Therapist who is working on getting a group of select people together to take around schools and churches in our area. The goal would be to do a presentation on this topic. I have been asked to share my story and give tips regarding online safety to those who are just starting to get online. I will be working on part of the presentation in the next few months. We are hoping that we can promote online safety and awareness to others. Maybe we can prevent just one person from being preyed upon.

We shall see how I do with these goals I have now set. :)

Happy New Year everyone. May the year bring a lot of love, happiness, and prosperity to the new year!
